Mini Greenhouse

We got this little kitset greenhouse online for growing up a few seedlings. While it’s pretty flimsy and doesn’t like wind it does a pretty fair job. Here it is full of the current crop of seeds. The next photo is all the seedlings that have just come out, hardening off before we plant them.

OMG I’m having flashbacks to a strange man wearing a headlamp wandering my backyard tending to his greenhouses of wheatgrass… ahhh memories :)

Ironic – now I have the time and space to grow wheatgrass again, but I’m nowhere near a market for it – oh well…thanks for the memories :)

    Hello! :)
Came across your blog today and have been havin a browse. So interesting to see your progress over the past few months! Love all the detailed photos. For the past year I’ve been learning about organic, sustainable gardening. There’s so much to learn! Have converted most of our suburban lawn into a vegetable plot. Thanks so much for posting the info and photos of your seedlings – I will definitely be implementing a similar system! Fantastic job!!
    Congratulations and best wishes!
    Kind regards,
    Janice
