Tonight we tried pizza in the wood range for the first time. The oven did a fine job and while it took a bit longer to cook than the electric oven (5 minutes versus 3) the end result was just as tasty. Since we got the oven in December, the only time I use the electric oven is for pizza. Now I know we can do it wood-style I’m hoping we can leave the electric oven switched off permanently.

That looks delicious! Your oven reminds me of the one we had out at school camp in Raglan – I have strangely fond memories of enormous pots of porridge bubbling away on top while dinner began its journey to a state of over-cookedness! Your pizza looks sooo much better. :-)

It looks great and delicious pizza to eat. The additional add on top of the pizza is awesome. I wonder if I can get the pizza here in my place..or perhaps learning to bake one my own?! Lol.
